STOCK UP NOW TO AVOID WINTER SHIPPING DELAYS AND FREEZING DAMAGE

In our continuous effort to offer you exceptional service, we are sharing our winter shipping guidelines to help avoid delays in your order or freezing damage to your shipment. Please note that water-based coatings, cleaners and defoamers are susceptible to damage if exposed to temperatures below freezing. We encourage you to order enough coatings to get you through the winter by submitting your order now. During winter, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is an option.

 

S-OneLP Winter Shipping Guidelines and Policies

 

All orders must be placed, shipped and received on Monday-Friday. Please note that less than truckload (LTL) and UPS or FedEx ground orders only ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for delivery by week’s end.

 

Orders that ship ground during freezing temperatures must be placed in insulated boxes for a fee of $45 per box. Less than truckload (LTL) freight and protect from freeze1 (PFF) services are available with an average of a $50 PFF upcharge from your selected trucking company. Please note that trucking companies will not pick up freezable shipments on days with freezing and below-freezing temperatures.

 

Holiday Season Shipping

 

To meet your needs during the holiday season, expedited shipping will be available from December 23, 2022 – January 3, 2023.

1. Requests for S-OneLP to ship without freeze protection will result in the customer assuming responsibility for damages to the product as a result of freezing. This includes filing the claim with the carrier as well as payment to S-OneLP for the cost of the product. Payment of the product’s invoice cannot be delayed pending the resolution of the claim with the carrier.
